Willa

           The Wild Child

I've always been intrigued by the idea of wild faerie children, raised in the harsh elements of nature.    When I came across this hair I knew it was finally time, and Willa was born!

I think as children we all go through a period where we pretend to be one of natures children, little Willa is my personification of that childhood fantasy.

Raised in the wild this little  faerie child spooks easily.  Wide eyed and skittish, tiny Willa feels at home in dark corners, huddled in the foliage until the coast is clear, heart thumping wildly.  Timid as a mouse, she takes only what she can carry, and only what she needs.

Willa measures 6 inches squatting (15.2 centimeters) and is hand sculpted in ethnic Prosculpt, and Magic Sculpt.  Her stockings are carefully painted and she is dressed in custom made clothes, which are fixed to her little body permanently.  Willa's wings are paper, and she has assorted miniature maple leaves interwoven in her hair.

Although it might not appear so on your screen, Willa's beautiful curly green hair is more a pea soup/lime green then the photos present.  Here in Northern Illinois our daylight has been hiding behind thick cloud cover and hopefully should be back sometime before spring!
