Matthias went to the Kansas City Doll Show where he was honored with a blue ribbon!  This was my first doll show, so I was very excited!  This Doll is 11 inches tall, the most common remark I heard was "I had no idea how big your dolls were."  I'm very excited about this guy, and he was truly fun to create, as with all of my pieces, he is an original and was created with out the use of any molds of any way, shape or form.  He is the product of my imagination, my fingers and my time.

Matthias holds a real candlestick (and candle) and pheasant feather quill.  This doll is free standing and comes with his own scroll tucked under his arm (he's taking a bit of work home with him!).  He is accented with deep brown eyes and assorted hand stitched leathers.
